League Constitution
Article I: Name and Purpose

The name of this organization shall be “Queens Cricket League (QCL).” The purpose of the league is to promote women’s cricket, encourage sports participation among young girls and create awareness about social issues such as menstrual hygiene, dignity and women empowerment through the medium of sports. QCL aims to provide a professional and positive environment that promotes teamwork, discipline, confidence and fair play.

Article II: Membership

Eligibility: Participation in the league is open to eligible female players and teams who meet the criteria defined under the league’s rules, regulations and participation guidelines. Rights and Responsibilities: All participants and associated members shall follow the rights, responsibilities and standards established by Queens Cricket League (QCL).

Article III: Governance

League Committee: Queens Cricket League shall be managed and supervised by an authorized management committee consisting of founders, organizers and appointed officials responsible for league operations, administration and decision-making. Decision-Making: All important decisions related to league activities, rules, participation and management shall be taken by the authorized committee in a fair and professional manner.

Article IV: Rules and Regulations

Adoption: Queens Cricket League shall follow structured rules and regulations related to player participation, match conduct, discipline, fair play and league operations. Amendments: The league reserves the right to modify or update rules, regulations and participation guidelines whenever necessary to maintain fairness, professionalism and league standards.

Article V: Finance and Funding

Finances: QCL shall maintain appropriate financial management related to league activities, operations, events and organizational responsibilities. Funding: The league may receive support through registrations, sponsorships, partnerships, promotional activities and other approved sources as determined by the management.

Article VI: Disciplinary Procedures

Violations: Any participant, player or associated individual found violating league rules, policies or code of conduct may be subject to disciplinary action as determined by the league management.

Article VII: Amendments

This constitution and related policies may be revised, updated or amended by Queens Cricket League management whenever necessary in order to maintain transparency, professionalism and operational efficiency.

Article VIII: Dissolution

In the event of the dissolution or discontinuation of Queens Cricket League, any remaining responsibilities, assets or related matters shall be handled by the authorized management in accordance with applicable rules and organizational decisions.
